A native of Northern Virginia, Jim grew up in Manassas, attending Stonewall Jackson High School before graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Economics. Over 26 years he had successful sales careers in the finance, technology and healthcare industries, becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2009. His business career supplied him with a level of experience in marketing, negotiation, contracts, and finance that is rare in the real estate industry. Travelling throughout the Mid-Atlantic on business, he found that he had too little time for the relationships and interests that were important to him. Jim became a Realtor so that his community could become his career.
For too many people the initial excitement of buying or selling a home is replaced with stress along the way. Jim combines his business professionalism with a highly personal touch to make the process enjoyable and successful for his clients.
Jim lives in Bristow with his wife and two sons. Active in the community, he serves on the board of his HOA, as well as the board of Prince William Trails and Stream Coalition, an organization that builds and helps maintain multi-use trails and blueways throughout the county.
Whether your dream home is a downtown condo, suburban home, or the quiet of the rural crescent, Jim is up for the adventure with you.
